What supplements work for menopause? Is it actually working? Now you'll know.
Check the evidence. Track your results.
Be the first to knowWhy BellaPause exists
Perimenopause and menopause can last up to ten years — and most of that time is spent guessing. Guessing which supplement actually helps. Guessing whether it's worth what you paid for it. Guessing whether what you're feeling is even normal.
You deserve better than a guess.
How it works
Menopause supplements promise everything, BellaPause shows you the evidence, then helps you track results. The evidence, not the hype. Your results, not their promises. Stop guessing what works. Start knowing.
Point your camera at any barcode or label; BellaPause reads the ingredients so you don't have to.
Independent, clinician-reviewed ratings for every ingredient, checked against real research and EU-approved health claims — not marketing hype.
Find cheaper alternatives with the same active ingredients, priced for where you shop.
A private daily journal to spot patterns between symptoms and what you're taking, over 7, 30 and 90 days.
Search by ingredient and see the evidence rating, or search by symptom to see what ingredients have evidence, any time — not just when you scan something.
Worth knowing up front
An educational tool, not a medical device. Doesn't diagnose, treat, or replace medical advice.
Manufacturer-neutral. No sponsored listings, no pay-to-play, ever.
Your data powers your own personalised insights. If you opt in, it can also be combined anonymously with other women's data to help women like you and the wider medical understanding of this life stage. That choice is always yours, and you can change your mind any time.
BellaPause addresses a genuine, unmet need — empowering women to make decisions based on facts.
Our story
Hayley hosts RTL's "Mom Life in Luxembourg" podcast. When she did an episode on menopause, the article she wrote about it outperformed the site's own feature on the Grand Duchess, published that same day — a real sign of how many women needed this. That's where the idea for BellaPause came from, and Hayley is building it as both a co-founder and its first real user, now navigating perimenopause herself.
Sue, twenty years into a career in pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing, had lived through her own dismissive experience with perimenopause. She joined as co-founder and built the app herself.
Questions
An app that scans your supplements, shows you the real evidence behind each ingredient, finds cheaper alternatives, and helps you track what's actually working for your symptoms.
No — BellaPause is educational, not medical. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything; it helps you understand what you're taking and track your own patterns, so you're better informed for conversations with your own doctor.
Nothing yet — the app isn't live. Once it is, all you'll need is a supplement to scan.
Your health data is used to give you personalised insights into your own symptoms. With your permission, it can also be combined anonymously with other women's data to help reveal patterns for the wider medical understanding of this life stage — but that's entirely optional, and you can change your mind any time. There's nothing to sell to anyone.
